Use of a gift card by a cardholder confirms acceptance of the following terms and conditions, which may be modified at any time.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cards must be presented for purchases at the restaurant.
- If the gift card balance is not sufficient to pay a purchase in full, another payment method must be used.
- No refund in cases of loss, theft or unauthorized use.
- Gift cards will be canceled if altered.
- Gift card balance can be verified at pacini.com or in the restaurant.
- Gift cards are valid for life and expire only when the balance reaches zero.
- The minimum gift card value is $5 CAN and the maximum value is $750 CAN.
- Gift cards can only be used at participating restaurants.
