PACINI Pasta Sauce Mixes
Available in grocery stores across Québec, our 4 PACINI dehydrated sauces are as tasty as they are quick and easy to prepare. Free of artificial flavours and colours, they are a good source of calcium and contain no wheat, gluten, eggs or palm oil. Inspired by Italy and prepared in Québec with real cheddar and Parmesan cheese, these sauces will delight the taste buds of the whole family.
ALFREDO SAUCE
Cooks in 7 minutes.
Makes 3 main dishes or 6 side-dish servings.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
• Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan.
• Whisk in 375 mL (1½ cup) of milk and 15 mL (1 Tbsp) of butter or margarine.
• Bring to a boil at medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
• Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
MICROWAVE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
• Empty contents of pouch into a 1L (4 cups) microwave-safe bowl.
• Whisk in 375 mL (1½ cup) of milk and 15 mL (1 Tbsp) of butter or margarine.
• Do not cover.
• Microwave on HIGH until mixture comes to a boil, mixing with whisk once every minute. Cook 1 minute longer. Mix well before serving.
Ingredients : Cream powder, Modified milk ingredients, Modified corn starch, Salt, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Canola oil, Buttermilk solids, Xanthan gum, Sodium phosphate, Garlic powder, Spices, Natural flavour, Citric acid, Lactic acid. Contains: Milk.
CARBONARA SAUCE
Cooks in 7 minutes.
