Allergen-free dishes
Available in Quebec only
Plus, allergen-free dishes are available on request. To minimize the risk of cross contamination, our non-allergen dishes are served in individual containers that have been sealed for added safety.
Specifically for people with allergies to soy, sulfites, nuts, eggs, peanuts, milk, mustard, fish, seafood or sesame. Does not contain gluten or wheat. Heated in a sealed container in a microwave.
Products are prepared in a specialized and dedicated factory, where no trace of any of the indicated allergens can be found. Pacini also takes maximum precautions to reduce the risk of cross contamination. However, despite all of these measures, zero risk does not exist. We cannot be held responsible for any incident related to the consumption of these products.
In addition, EpiPenTM auto-injectors are available in every restaurant.
Gluten-free menu
In the same spirit, Pacini has developed a menu for people who want to reduce their consumption of gluten. This menu is not for people with severe allergies or intolerances to gluten because of the possible risk of cross contamination. A wide variety of gluten-free appetizers and main dishes is available at all times.

No artificial trans fats
FROM BREAKFAST TO DINNER
What’s more, Pacini eliminated all artificial trans fats from its menus in October 2005. This colossal work, during which more than 200 ingredients were reviewed, was carried out in collaboration with the clinical nutrition and cardiology specialists at the Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM).
